General Rules

• No Foul Language
  
• No Flaming/Disrespecting Other Members/Sites
  
• No Double Accounts
  ----Exception: Staff Members are allowed one (1) relief account*
  
• No Posting SPAM
  
• No Double-Posting. If you have an afterthought, please use the “edit” button on your last post to add to.
  
• No Posting Offensive material of any kind, such as nudity or provocative clothing; witchcraft or sorcery; alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances; etc.
  
• All Posting, Chatting, and Signatures should be done in English.
  
• No "Chat Speak" (wut r u ^ 2).
  
• No Posting of Pirated or Stolen Material, nor links to such, nor discussions about.
  
• No posting work that is not your own, unless you are owner of a Sims site and are posting your site’s features under SimSafe2/Community Announcements.
  
• Search the site before asking for help. Many of your questions are already answered and can be found in the appropriate Help forums.
  
• Any media uploaded (videos, music) must conform to forum General Rules.
  
• No posting links or advertise your MySpace page or your FaceBook page
  
• All SimSafe2 members and Staff Members should be treated with respect. Regardless of whether a staff member is an Admin, a Super Moderator, or a Moderator, they still have authority - and that must be respected.
  

*Board Administrator must be aware of any created relief accounts. Double accounts created without knowledge (a PM at time of account creation is fine) of an Administrator will be deleted.

Prayer Room & Private Prayer Room Rules
Prayer is very powerful!

• Please be respectful of personal information when posting prayer requests.
  
• The Private Prayer forum is for prayer needed for more “specific” issues, and is not open to the general public. This forum also demands the respect of personal information. To become a member of the Private Prayer Group you may apply by posting here.
  
• Anything that is prayed about in our Private Prayer forum, shall remain private! Any copying-and-pasting or screen shots shared outside of the private prayer room are not allowed. Any members who break these rules will have their SimSafe2 Prayer Group privileges permanently revoked.

Uploading Rules

• Upload titles, descriptions, and content must conform to forum General Rules.
  
• No Posting of (or linking to) offensive material of any kind, such as nudity or provocative clothing; witchcraft or magic; alcohol/tobacco/illegal substances; violence; adult book stores; etc.
  
• No Posting of Pirated or Stolen Material, nor links to such: No Posting work that is not your own.
  
• Make sure upload has the meshes it needs to work (with working links), or clearly state, “You need this mesh for this upload to work”, and post the link with credit. Meshes cannot be posted without the consent of the mesh's creator.
  
• All uploaded creations must contain working links to all custom content used in the creation, and only with the permission of the creator of each included item.
  
• New Meshes must contain Poly Counts
  
• Please use Sims2 Clean Installer to scan and clean your upload.
  
• Uploaded Files are to be clean RAR or ZIP files
  
• All uploads must contain clear pictures and at least one in-game screenshot (BodyShop & CAS are not in-game)
  
• Specify that your lot is either residential, community or dormitory.
  
• Make sure upload has all Expansion Packs (EPs) and/or Stuff Packs (SPs) listed that it needs to work.
  
• If any tools are needed for your upload to work, such as SimPE, Milkshape, UV Mapper, etc., please state that in your post and give working links and credits.
  
• If your upload overwrites an existing upload or one already in the game, you MUST mention on your post that it will do that.
  
• If you have not yet posted your Creator Policies on this thread: Creator Policies then please state your policies for sharing your creation on your upload post.
  
• If your file is large you can upload it here: http://files.programmerbygrace.com/ which is a hosting site exclusive to SS2 members, brought to you by our own Programmerbygrace.
  
• Any media uploaded (videos, music) must comply with General Rules.
  

~ All Lots & Housing uploads are automatically put in moderation queue, which means that once you upload your creation into this category, it will remain invisible until a Moderator has checked and approved everything in it. When your upload has been approved by a Moderator it will be made visible and ready for everyone to download.

Signature Rules

• Signatures may not contain any more than five (5) text lines, no larger than size 6.
  
• Signatures may contain images, not exceeding 200h x 600w pixels in size.
  
• Multiple images may not take up more than 1 line, and may not exceed a combined width of 800 pixels.
  
• All signatures must conform to forum General Rules
  
• Signatures may contain off site links as long as:
  1: They do not lead to pornographic material
  2: They do not lead to slanderous posts

Youth Group Rules

• ALL Board Rules apply.
  
• DO NOT give out personal information. This includes your last name, street address, phone numbers, or other specific information that can be used to identify yourself.
  
• All members must be treated with respect.
  
• No posting links or advertise your MySpace page or your FaceBook page
  

Failure to abide by these rules can and will result in your access to the Youth Room being terminated. This area is a privilege to be a part of.

Please know that the youth section will be moderated very heavily to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Our goal is that SimSafe2 be a safe place where people of all ages can gather and have good clean fun.
